I think this might be Google April Fools joke but could it really be for real? TiSP stands for Toilet Internet Service Provider, funny right. So I guess what happens is that you get some fiber optic cable that Google sends you, you then pipe this cable down your toliet into your pipes. It takes like 60 minutes for it to connect with the network and now you have free WiFi.
