Predictions of iPhone from Crunch Gear

I have come across this blog and it talks about some interesting points about the new iPhone. They believe that the iPhone will not work properly for a number of reasons. I will give you the short list here and what I think.

  1. Since the iPhone is very thin and the touch screen is made out of glass, they believe that many people will end up cracking the screen. They make a good point, I carry my phone in my back pocket and sometimes forget that its there. I can easily see myself cracking the screen, but do I think this is a good enough reason not to buy one, NO!
  2. Will the virtual keyboard hold up to daily use. If you ever had to message someone on your phone it is very easy to do with the 9 button keypad, will it be easy on this. I had a smartphone about a year ago that was all touch screen (I believe the Audiovox vx6600) and the problem with that is that every time I tried to message someone it took me forever! Also typing in web address was not an easy task either. For this reason I might not consider buying the iPhone.
  3. Battery life, they predict just like the video iPod that the battery life on this will be horrible. Since I only have an iPod Nano, I havent had the same problems. Now if I think back to my smartphone, battery life was horrible. Again this would be another reason why I might stay away.
2 out of 3 reason why I wouldn't buy a iPhone. However, I still think that if I was with AT&T I would buy one. I like the idea of having everything one button away and not have to carry to many other portable devices.

Here is a very interesting site that offers the ability to submit to over social sites, including digg, furl, reddit and many more.

I have been using it for the last couple of days to promote nobrainerdeals.com and have found it to work very easy. You just type in the info that you want to be broadcasted and once you log into each site the info is right there.

I would recommend it for anyone that has a blog or website and would like to get more readers of your precious content.
